To prevent clogging, filter or high-density stockings can be used to filter the liquid. It should be noted that the gap of the filter should not be too large or too dense, and the gap will be large, which will not play a good filtering effect. If the gap is too small, the filtration will be too slow and will affect the efficiency. Therefore, it is necessary to use a suitable filter to maximize the maximum. 2.Pesticide secondary dilution method
The second dilution method is also known as a two-step preparation method. First, the pesticide preparation is diluted into a mother liquid or a mother powder with a small amount of water or a diluted carrier, and then diluted to a desired concentration.
The “second dilution method” enables the pesticides with low solubility to be fully dissolved, the distribution to be more uniform, the precipitation of pesticides to be avoided, and the clogging of the nozzles to be reduced. 3.Four parts need to be cleaned in time
That is, the medicine box, the nozzle, the strainer, and the decompression valve.
Long-term operation will form a ring of sticky film (especially powder) on the outer layer of the filter. The decompression valve will also precipitate the drug. These deposits or membranes will block the spray system and affect the spraying effect. Therefore, the above components should be cleaned in time after each operation to remove the sediment in the parts to avoid clogging.
